1. Village Industrial Estate (Gramodyog Vasahat):    

The object of setting up village industrial estate, commonly known as Gramodyog Vasahats, is to make available infra-structural facilities and to develop the village industries in the State on the basis of cluster-approach. As per directives of the State Government, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation provides forward and backward linkages at their cost, to the units set up in the village industrial estates, i.e.gramodyog vasahats.

 
2. Marketing Programme:
   

The Board has undertaken Marketing Programme to provide market for the products of the assisted and registered units of the institutions/co-operative societies and individuals, for raising their standard of living and also to increase employment.

 Under this programme, the Government has made reservation of certain village industries products in the name of the Board for supply to government and semi-government bodies. The Board is making efforts to secure more and more supply orders from government and non-government bodies.
