For the first time in the history of Maharashtra State Khadi and Village Industry Board, as per the instructions of the Chairman, ‘Worker Efficiency Development Training’ for officers and employees was organised on 11/03/2023 & 12/03/2023 at Yashda. On this occasion, Chairman Ravindra Sathe Saheb spoke on the topic of personality development. Dr. Aruna Kaulgood Madam concluded with a very inspiring lecture on ‘How to Increase Work Performance’.
