A press conference was successfully held to unveil the research conducted by the National Chemical Laboratory (CSIR-NCL), Pune, on the unique Jamun Honey of Mahabaleshwar under the theme “Applied Food Research.” The study was the result of extensive and dedicated efforts to explore the distinctive characteristics and potential benefits of this specialty honey.

The event was graced by the Chairman (Minister of State Rank) of the Maharashtra State Khadi and Village Industries Board, Hon. Shri Ravindra Sathe; the Chief Executive Officer of the Board, Hon. Shri Laxman Raut, IAS; and the Director of the National Chemical Laboratory, Hon. Dr. Ashish Lele, who attended as distinguished guests.
